With 10 years of experience in strength training and a background as a competitive athlete, Justine brings a wealth of expertise to Rebel. She was a USA swimmer specializing in the butterfly stroke and 4x100 Medley, and competed in Collegiate Track & Field, running events like the 500m and 4x400m relay. Her passion for strength training led her to become a certified personal trainer. Justine believes in creating effective and engaging workouts tailored to each individual. She loves helping clients master form, technique, and hit PRs, especially in exercises like hip thrusts, sumo deadlifts, and single-leg Romanian deadlifts.
