Ready to kick things off? Our No Sweat Intro is all about getting to know you—no pressure, just progress. We’ll take you through a quick tour, chat about your goals, and figure out how we can help you crush them. Consider this your Rebel welcome party—minus the sweat (for now)..

How It Works:

  1. Register and schedule your visit
  2. Arrive a few minutes early and check-in
  3. Meet with a coach who will show you around and assess your fitness goals

What You’ll Get:

  1. Personalized assessment of your current fitness level and goals
  2. Answers to all your questions (results, membership options, etc.)
  3. Tailored next steps based on your goals and fitness level
  4. Expect to spend about an hour with us and leave with a clear plan on how Rebel can help you achieve your fitness goals

None. Whether you’re an experienced athlete or completely new to the gym, this is your perfect starting point.
