Kathryn's fitness journey started with running, but it was during college that she fell in love with weightlifting. After taking a NASM nutrition and weightlifting course, she discovered her passion for helping others improve their form, workouts, and nutrition. Since then, she hasn't looked back!

Kathryn, or "KP" as she’s known around here, brings her lifelong love for fitness to the Rebel community. Originally from Winston Salem, NC, Kathryn now calls Beacon Hill home and teaches our Tuesday 6:30 class. What we love most about KP is her enthusiasm for building community.
