Kelly has been active her entire life, playing soccer through college, which fueled her love for fitness. After college, she found her passion for lifting through her own transformative journey, discovering how exercise can positively impact both physical and mental well-being. Kelly used the gym as a powerful outlet for stress, while getting stronger in the process, and now shares that experience by helping others discover their own strength and potential. It's incredibly rewarding to have her as part of the Rebel team, helping others on their journey.
